Mayor Pantham Rajani Sesha Sai inspects sanitation at bathing ghats
Mayor Pantham Rajani Sesha Sai has said that all the bathing ghats will be cleaned and necessary facilities also be provided in the ghats in connection with auspicious Karthika MasamShe along with corporation officials inspected bathing ghats in the city here on TuesdayShe said during every Monday in Karthika Masam, thousands of people would take a holy dip in River Godavari
Rajamahendravaram: Mayor Pantham Rajani Sesha Sai has said that all the bathing ghats will be cleaned and necessary facilities also be provided in the ghats in connection with auspicious Karthika Masam. She along with corporation officials inspected bathing ghats in the city here on Tuesday. She said during every Monday in Karthika Masam, thousands of people would take a holy dip in River Godavari.
Lighting, drinking water, dress changing rooms would be arranged at the ghats and sanitation staff would make their presence at the ghats round-the-clock. The corporation was very much particular to in this regard and directed the officials to take necessary steps. The corporation health officer Dr MCR Murthi, sanitary supervisor Srinivas and others accompanied the mayor.
