750 petitions received in Mee Kosam programme

Anantapur: District Collector Veera Pandian presided over ‘Mee Kosam’ programme at Chamundeshwaridevi Kalyana Mandapam in Yadiki mandal on Monday. The Collector and other officials received as many as 750 petitions from people. Addressing the people and officials, the Collector advised officials to resolve grievances on the spot.
Other petitions which need attention should be resolved in a time bound manner, he stated. He also asked officials to prepare a vision document for gram panchayat villages. Joint Collector Dilli Rao, DRO Subba Rao and local officials were present. Local MLA J C Prabhakar Reddy made a courtesy visit to greet the Collector. He also felicitated the Collector on the occasion.
