Central Complaint Cell inaugurated at CP office
Principal Secretary, Home department, A R Anuradha inaugurated the Central Complaint Cell CCC and the first floor of the office of the commissioner of police on Tuesday
Vijayawada: Principal Secretary, Home department, A R Anuradha inaugurated the Central Complaint Cell (CCC) and the first floor of the office of the commissioner of police on Tuesday.
The police department constructed the CCC for the convenience of visitors, who come to the office to meet the Commissioner of Police and other officials. Addressing on the occasion Anuradha said the CCC will be useful to the people, who come to the office of the Commissioner of Police.
She said the State government had sanctioned funds and police commissioners are developing the office in a phased manner. Police Housing Corporation chairman Nagul Meera said the State government had sanctioned Rs.7 crore for the development of the office of the CP and Rs.5 crore spent so far. He said the Police Housing Corporation is trying to construct houses to the police personnel and model police stations.
Commissioner of police Dwaraka Tirumala Rao welcomed the Principal Secretary and chairman of the Police Housing Corporation. Police Housing Corporation Managing Director P V Sunil Kumar, deputy commissioners of police and other officials present on the occasion.
