According to information, Anil Kumar who has been practicing as an advocate at Nandyal court, normally attended the court sessions on Friday morning. After the court resumed its activities, Anil Kumar came out of the court and consumed pesticide brought with him. Before consuming pesticide, the advocate took out a selfie and recorded the reasons for his suicide attempt.
The selfie revealed that he was greatly upset with the Modi government as Modi has done great injustice to Andhra Pradesh and betrayed the people AP. Modi has promised to accord SCS to State, but later ignored to do so, stated in the selfie.
The selfie also revealed that the advocate has drafted a letter to Modi urging him to accord SCS to Andhra Pradesh. Anil Kumar has also written on his forehead that SCS is the right of the people of AP. While in the presence of other lawyers, Anil Kumar suddenly took out the pesticide bottle brought with him and swallowed a gulp or two.
The fellow advocates immediately seized the bottle and shifted him to Nandyal General Hospital. The doctors put him under observation for 24 hours. It is learnt that the condition Anil Kumar is critical.
