Visakhapatnam: Winners of the five states in Fbb Colors Femina Miss India 2019 the South Zone (Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Telangana) were announced on Sunday in Bengaluru. They will get direct entry to the Grand Finale which will be held in Mumbai in the month of June.
Nikita Tanwani was crowned Miss Andhra Pradesh, Aashna Bisht got Miss Karnataka, Rubeiya SK is Miss Tamil Nadu, Jane Thomson is Miss Kerala and Sanjana Vij is Miss Telangana. The girls went through two rounds- a western wear and a bridal collection round.
South Zone Mentor Dia Mirza who was also one of the judges is extremely happy that the deserving candidate will be representing their state at the grand finale. She enthusiastically said, “As a mentor to North and South Zone for Miss India 2019, I will be looking out for individuality- women who care, who know their hearts, minds and are seeking to widen their horizons.”
The Judges for the evening were Pranitha Subhash,film actress and model, Indrajit Lankesh, filmmaker, Raghu Mukherjee, film actor and model and Rishi, an engineer turned actor. The finalists of fbb Colors Femina Miss India 2019 will undergo rigorous training and grooming sessions from the best experts in the industry before the Grand Finale on June 15, 2019 at NSCI Dome, Mumbai.
