Amaravati:Telugu Desam Party chief and CM N Chandrababu Naidu has finally released the TDP MLC candidates under MLAs quota in Amaravati on Wednesday.
The Election Commission has released the notification for the elections for the five MLC seats under MLAs quota in the state.
After a long negotiation with the party leaders, TDP supremo has declared the candidates.
MLC candidates in MLA's quota, 1. Duvvarapu Rama Rao - Vishakpatnam (BC Rajaka), 2. Yanamala Ramakrishnadu - East Godavari (BC Yadava), 3. Ashok Babu - Krishna (OC Kapu), 4. BT Naidu Kurnool (BC Boya).
Governor quota MLC candidates, 1. C Shivanadh Reddy - Kadapa (OC Reddy), 2. Samanthakamani - Anantapur (SC Madiga).
Local Body MLC quota, 1. Budha Nagajagadeeswara Rao - Vishakapatnam (BC Gavara).
The four TDP MLC candidates under MLA's quota will be filling the nominations on Thursday in Amaravati.
Out of five MLC seats in MLA's quota, TDP got four seats and one for YSRCP.
On behalf of YSRCP, BC leader Jangam Krishnamurthy has already filed the nomination. As the MLC seats were declared as per the MLA's quota, so the said candidates will be unanimously elected.
