QIS student wins gold in javelin throw
The secretary and correspondent of QIS College Engineering and Technology Nidamanuri Surya Kalyan Chakravarthy, chairman of the Nidamanuri Educational Trust Nidamanuri Nageswara Rao announced that their student has won a gold medal in the javelin throw at the JNTU Kakinada central zone intercollegiate athletics tournament
Ongole: The secretary and correspondent of QIS College Engineering and Technology Nidamanuri Surya Kalyan Chakravarthy, chairman of the Nidamanuri Educational Trust Nidamanuri Nageswara Rao announced that their student has won a gold medal in the javelin throw at the JNTU Kakinada central zone intercollegiate athletics tournament.
Nageswara Rao said that D Manoj Kumar, a third-year student of the electronics and communication engineering in their college has participated in the athletics tournament for the students from the engineering colleges in the 8 districts, and won the gold medal in the javelin throw.
He appreciated the gold medal winner and said that sports help the students to develop the mental ability and learn skills.
The QISCET principal Dr Dhulipalla Venkata Rao, HoD of ECE Ch Himabindu, QIS NSS director Dr Vasubabu and others also appreciated the student for his performance.
