Only 40 units will be made out of which 20 will be coupes and 20 will be convertibles. The stunning Lamborghini Centenario supercar which marks the 100th birth anniversary of the brand’s legendary founder Ferruccio Lamborghini is easily one of the top eye candies at 2016 Geneva Motor Show. As with most special Lambos, this one is also a limited production model. Here is a sneak peak of the highly exclusive raging bull before we bring you a fully blown gallery later today.

Only 40 examples would be built of which 20 will be convertibles and 20 will be coupes. The car is essentially a heavily pumped up version of the Aventador which itself is a super aggressive automobile to start with.

A wedge shaped profile, low-slung stance, new LED headlamps and taillights, mean front air splitter, a race-ready rear diffuser, and contrast yellow accents at strategic places define the exotic performance car’s exterior styling. We will get to see the interior in a while.

The Centenario is powered by the brand’s 6.5-litre V12 petrol engine which also serves the Aventador. The boffins at Lamborghini has managed to find 20 more horses compared to the Aventador LP 750-4 SV form the naturally aspirated engine to take the tally to 770 PS. All this mental power is delivered to all the four wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission with paddle shifters. 0-100 kmph is dispatched in 2.8 seconds, while 300 kmph from stand still can be achieved in 23.5 seconds! If you dare to keep the throttle foot pinned down, the Centenario can take you past 350 kmph.
