Hyderabad: NumberMall, a payment gateway platform, on Monday announced acquisition of all the businesses of Delhi-headquartered BankSmarts Solutions for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition will extend NumberMall's analytics capability, customer reach and merchant offers. The combination is expected to enable new classes of products and services that meet customer needs in assisted e-commerce, NumberMall said in a statement.
"With this acquisition, we are adding the unparalleled analytics capabilities of BankSmarts to NumberMall's competencies," NumberMall Founder and CEO Kiran Gali said.
