The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (Credai), Hyderabad Chapter, is holding the 5th edition of Credai Property Show 2016 in the city from August 13.

Hyderabad: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (Credai), Hyderabad Chapter, is holding the 5th edition of Credai Property Show 2016 in the city from August 13. The three-day property show, which will conclude on August 15, will bring together over 115 realtors, manufactures of building materials, consultants and financial institutions from the city and outside.

The exhibition is expected to showcase more than 15,000 properties suiting every requirement and budget, providing consumers a chance to get the best options for home solutions in the city. Information on housing loan options and how to avail them will also be available at the event.

“Hyderabad has witnessed rapid urbanisation as population in the city increased by over three million in the past three to four years. The city is also on a threshold of an interesting phase of development with multi-nationals like Amazon and IKEA setting up their operations here.

Truly, we are in the midst of an exciting phase of development in the State. It is therefore considered appropriate to organise the fifth and biggest edition of Credai Property Show, 2016,” said S Ram Reddy, president, Credai Hyderabad.

P Ramakrishna Rao, General Secretary, Credai, Hyderabad, said: “Real estate sector in Hyderabad is driven by the end user whose number is increasing thanks to new industrial policy and the comprehensive IT policy announced by the State government”.
