Having devoted most of his time to ‘1 Nenokkadine’ this year, Superstar Mahesh Babu has finally shifted attention to ‘Aagadu’, the shooting of which commenced in Hyderabad on Thursday. Director Sreenu Vaitla, we hear, will present the actor in a new dimension again in this mass entertainer That he is essaying the cop role again is old news, but it is buzzed that film will have an Ananthapur backdrop and Mahesh will be mouthing the Rayalaseema dialect.

Natakireeti Rajendra Prasad will be seen as Mahesh’s father in the film, a production of Ram Achanta, Gopichand Achanta and Anil Sunkara on 14 Reels Entertainment. Composer SS Thaman is collaborating again with Sreenu Vaitla after ‘Dookudu’.
Mahesh would be returning to the sets of ‘1: Nenokkadine’ soon as he is required to participate in the shooting of ‘Aagadu’ for two days.
