RGV's next with Manchu Vishnu a faction flick?

Ever since, Ram Gopal Varma announced a film in the combination of Manchu Vishnu, everyone was wondering as to the genre of the project. Initially, thought to be a comedy flick, it has now been revealed that the movie is touted to be an action flick based in the backdrop of Rayalaseema. Manchu Vishnu’s father, Mohan Babu is also expected to play an important role in the movie.

Varma has earlier made an action flick Rakhta Charitra based on a faction feud in Rayalaseema. While the first part of the movie did well, the second part failed at the box office. Whatever be the fate of this new project at the ticket window, one thing is for sure. You can expect a healthy dose of Varma style controversy generated from the movie and sadly, that seems to be the only factor Varma is banking on to lure the audiences to the theatres.
