Nagarjuna moves HC

Hyderabad: Justice A. Rajasekhar Reddy of the AP High Court on Monday granted interim order of status quo till Tuesday on N Convention Centre owned by actor Nagarjuna.

He complained to the High Court that the Irrigation and Revenue officials had surveyed the area around the Convention Centre without giving prior notice to him. He submitted to the court that the officials were quoted by the media as saying he had encroached upon three acres of tank bed, full tank level and buffer zone.
