Kahin Toh Hoga star Surveen says no to small screen

Surveen Chawla might have become a household name as Charu, from the television series Kahin Toh Hoga, but now with Bollywood embracing her warmly, she is not looking back at television at the moment.

Her first film HATE STORY 2 released a couple of months ago and got her a lot of recognition in Bollywood and yet, television hasn’t forgotten their beloved Surveen. Tempting offers have been landing at her doorstep every other day but Surveen seems to have her hands full with Bollywood assignments.

Recently ABC Network from US approached the actress for a show, the casting team wanted to do a test shoot for 20 days with her, but despite their persistence, Surveen had to turn their grand offer down. There was no way that she could have removed 20days from her schedule for a test shoot. Though it was an awesome opportunity she couldn’t let her existing work suffer!

"I was approached by an American Network, to do a pilot shoot for 20days but couldn't go for it because of other work commitments and I really feel sad because it was a great opportunity I believe, but I'm sure will make up for it in future." Says Surveen

It is a story revolves around circle of friends, and it was an initial stage of casting
