The much awaited Hindi flick Piku featuring Amitabh Bachchan hit theatres today. Deepika Padukone and Irrfan Khan plays important roles. Bollywood celebrities have hailed the film, theme, performance..calling it a hit.

Deepika Padukone portrays the titular protagonist, a Bengali architect living in New Delhi, and Amitabh Bachchan plays her ageing father. The film explores the dynamics of their relationship as they take a road trip to Kolkata.
