Sreesanth said the moment he was narrated the script, he could relate to it personally. He wondered whether Reddy penned the draft keeping his life in mind. “I accepted to be a part of the project because it was close to my life. However, it’s not my biopic. It follows the life of an aspiring cricketer and is sprinkled with romance.
It is a great project to be a part of,” said the speedster.He added that is learning Telugu for the film. “I had a brush with theatre during my schooling. Moreover, many of my family members are into films, so it’s no wonder that I chose acting to mark my second innings.”
Reddy expressed his happiness over collaborating with Sreesanth. “I’ve been waiting for his consent for the past one year. He is not only a good cricketer, but is a fabulous dancer, actor and orator,” he said.
