Director/producer Vasu Manthena, a personality to reckon with. After Having gained recognition in various fields now he is all set to enter the South Industry. His latest release titled,”Basthi” had created a lot of buzz at the BO windows bringing Vasu to limelight. He is now extending his directorial wings nationally and internationally under his own home production-Vazman Productions. Thus, Vasu is all set to conquer the Cinema globally.

To set his strong foot hold globally, Vasu is set to produce and direct a film based on acclaimed novel “Company of Women” by Khuswanth Singh.

Confirming the news, Vasu said,” I bought the film adaptation rights of Khuswanth Singh's acclaimed novel "Company of Women". This shall be an English movie and I am in the process of engaging an academy award winning music director and
screen play writer. I am planning to rope in International cast and credits for this first international and prestigious project of mine. This will be shot extensively in Princeton, Delhi and Haridwar.

Adding more he said, “I have also procured the Telugu remake rights of hit Punjabi movies Sardarji and Jat and Juilet-2. Also, a biopic in Hindi is at preproduction stage. All these projects will take its final shape and will set the theaters ablaze over the next three years.” He concludes.

Director/producer Vasu Manthena, a personality to reckon with. Not many know Vasu Manthena has been involved in various businesses, including educational institutions, founder director of a news channel (iNews), textiles, education software to name a few adding to his credit. He has successfully juggled and stayed in command between completely diverse fields. Vasu,having a keen creative interest also crafted and staged ballets like “Abhimanyu”, “The End” etc. at various prestigious platforms and also for television.
