Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has been signed by director Shoojit Sircar for his next film. Shoojit and Bachchan worked together in ‘Piku’, which was a huge hit. Now, the two are again coming together for a project that would be produced by Shoojit.
"We have signed Amitabh Bachchan for a film that I would be producing. We share a great relationship and it's always an honour to work with him. It is going to be a Delhi-based film," Shoojit said, without divulging much details about the project.
The film will be produced by Shoojit's production house - Rising Sun Films. "We have locked a script and it will be helmed by a new director Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury," the ‘Vicky Donor’ director said. The film will start rolling in February 2016.
