Balakrishna in a still from ‘Dictator’ While the buzz surrounding Nandamuri Balakrishna-starrer ‘Dictator’ has escalated to new heights ever since the theatrical trailer was unveiled, here’s an interesting sneak peak about the actor’s role in the action drama.

Hans Talkies has learnt that the Nandamuri scion will be seen as a flamboyant entrepreneur billionaire — Chandrasekhar Dharma in one of the roles, the other being a commoner Chandu who works as a supervisor in a mart. Although both roles are different as chalk and cheese, it’s the role of business tycoon that drove him to the project.

Balayya seems to have done fair bit of research to prep up for the role of the suave executive and to ramp-up his style quotient. He, according to sources, took the references of top business magnets like Ambani, Tata, Birla, etc and got the sketches of their outfits (suits), and handpicked his wardrobe to look the part.

“He will be seen sporting mostly the bandhgalas—Indian tunic coats that are now hot on the ramps. He mostly used dark and vibrant coloured suits. And to appear flashy and elegant on screen, he played it up with shades,” the source reveals. The film, a Sriwass directorial, will open in cinemas on January 14, 2016. Anjali, Sonal Chauhan and Aksha are paired opposite Balayya.
