Hyderabad: As biographies go, 'Anything But Khamosh: The Shatrughan Sinha Biography' is a chronicle that was written over a period of seven years. Such is the charm of the widely acclaimed iconic actor that even Megastar Chiranjeevi, Mohan Babu and Mohanlal spoke in awe of him at the launch of the book at Park Hyatt here on Wednesday.

Chiranjeevi recalled how his hairstyle would be compared to Shatru's when he entered into his youth. "I am one of the greatest admirers of Sinhaji. If I found it challenging to enact some role, I would imagine myself as Sinhaji and act how I would have acted if I were him. I have learnt so much from his body of work. So much so, I watched even his flop films like Sabak," Chiranjeevi said.

"There are similarities between two of us. He started off as a villain and turned a hero. Same was with me. He entered politics and became an MP and then a Union Minister, so am I," he added. Mohan Babu praised Sinha's talent and applauded him for committing his loyalty to the BJP despite differences. "That shows the greatness of his character," he said.

Mohanlal spoke of Sinha in glorious terms. In turn, Shatru described the three actors as role models in his speech, which is laced with a touch of humour.
