Namitha turns village belle

After portraying a wannabe model in her Telugu debut ‘Chuttalabbayi’, actress Namitha Pramod will be seen as a village belle in her next Telugu outing ‘Kathalo Rajakumari’.

“It’s an interesting role. As soon as I read the script, I got hooked. It was a role I had not tried out before and demanded skills as a performer. I will be seen as a girl who is growing a nursery. My attitude would be like being contended with whatever I have.

Since I’m playing strong and intelligent character, my body language will also be different. The treatment of the film is also different and the acting style in this film was more of a subtle kind,” Namitha explains.

The Malayalam actress is pleased that she’s been given a good reception in Tollywood. Gushing about her experience of working in Telugu film, she says, “I’m thankful to the Telugu audience; they have given a warm welcome.

I am in awe of the people; they’ve helped me overcome my fear of the language.”Directed by debutant Mahesh Surapaneni, the film starts Nara Rohit.
