It is learnt that, Durga, a resident of Bangarupeta, was in a live in relationship with Sampara Balakumar for almost a year, before trouble started developing between the two things were rosy between the couple, but soon arguments relating to finances started plaguing the relationship.
Balakumar started harassing Durga for money and would threaten her when refused the money. I was hard to take the abusing, Durga approached the Sarpanch and asked him to intervene and solve the matter.
Annoyed by the act of his girlfriend Durga, Balakumar tied her hands and legs with a rope and tonsures her hair off her head.
Later he unrestricted her.
Vexed Durga went to the Police, and have lodged a complaint against Balakumar. Police have started investigations on this issue
