Assam: In an incident of Kidnap, a Telugu engineer has been kidnappedon Sunday. Ankan Rao, a power grid corporation employee, working in BSC Company has been allegedly kidnapped by the Bodo militants.
It is learnt that this incident took place at around 4 p.m. on Sunday. Ankan Rao originally hails from Prakasam district of Andhra Pradesh. It is worth mentioning here that in the recent past another engineer named Paidi Raju was also kidnapped and released, later.
The reasons behind his kidnap are not known yet.
