CPM MPTC Challa Somamma Kidnapped. Thungapahad MPTC of CPM in Miryalaguda mandal Challa Somamma was kidnapped on Monday evening. Congress activists allegedly have been exerting pressure on her to cooperate with the party in the ensuing MPP elections.
Somamma’s son names Congressmen in his complaint
Miryalaguda: Thungapahad MPTC of CPM in Miryalaguda mandal Challa Somamma was kidnapped on Monday evening. Congress activists allegedly have been exerting pressure on her to cooperate with the party in the ensuing MPP elections. They are suspected to have forcibly taken her on Monday evening for discussing the election issue.
With the CPM-TDP-TRS alliance in the mandal, the Thungapahad MPTC has become crucial. In view of this, Congress is said to be determined to bag it.
Hence it allegedly resorted to the kidnap of Somamma. Her son Vijayarama Raju named Congressman Sagam Adi Reddy and several others as kidnappers in his complaint to Miryalaguda DSP Subash Chandra Bose.
