Nizamabad: Two residents of Akbarnagar in Verni mandal of Nizamabad district, Madhavraj Desai(70) and Ramarao Patel (55) were run over on Friday by a police vehicle belonging to Banswada Rural CI Ramana Reddy near local bus stop. The accident occurred on the outskirts of the village. They died on the way to the Bodhan area hospital. The vehicle driver was taken into custody. Bodhan CI Damodar Reddy and Venri SI Sukhender Reddy took up investigation.
