Guwahati: Security forces apprehended three cadres of Karbi People's Liberation Tiger (KPLT) in Assam's Karbi Anglong district on Sunday, officials said.
Defence spokesman said that, following a tip-off police and army Red Horn division had launched operation at Diphu town and nabbed the militants.
The nabbed militants were identified as Munthir Engti, an area commander of the outfit group, Haren Teron and David Engti.
Security forces recovered a point 22mm pistol with ten rounds ammunition, Rs 50,000, receipt pads, incriminating documents in possession from them.
