According to the FIR, the woman and her husband were kept in confinement at the guesthouse of retired IAS officer0##0?# Awdhesh Singh, where both worked as domestic helps.

They were allegedly kept in confinement since August 2014 and have complained that she was gangraped. However, the couple escaped from the house eventually, the FIR stated.

Retired IAS officer Awdhesh Singh, SP leader Raj Kumar Singh Rathor and three others - Veer Bhan, Anokhey Lal, and Srikishan- have been named in the FIR filed by the woman, and a case of gangrape has been registered, SSP S K Verma said, adding that investigation was on in the case.

Rathor, senior advocate and former SP district president, told PTI over phone that the case against him and Awdhesh Singh is "false" and "concocted".
