Sleuths of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Monday arrested Rajesh, Panchayat Secretary of Kandukur village in Ranga Reddy district when he was receiving a bribe of Rs 4,000 from a property owner.When Rajesh sought illegal gratification from a property owner for transfer of ownership, the latter conveyed it to ACB officials. The money was seized and Rajesh was taken into custody.
