Father, son booked for murder

A 39-year-old painter died after being battered by two persons who hired him to paint their house.The victim, D Babu Rao, undertook the job of painting the house belonging to one Anjaiah near his residence in Weaker Section Colony in Shamshabad. However, he left the work unfinished and went absconding.

However, he left the work unfinished and went absconding.
On Friday, Anjaiah and his son caught him near his residence and bashed him up till he fell unconscious. He was later admitted to the Osmania General Hospital where he died on Saturday. The RGIA Police registered a case of murder against Anjaiah and his son and began investigation.
