Girl alleges attack by psychopath
The claim by a nine-year-old girl that a psychopath had pricked a needle on her hand sent the police into tizzy on Saturday. But the police, who verified the CCTV footage at the spot, where the alleged psychopath attacked the girl, but there was no evidence found to substantiate the girls version of events. Apart from it, there were no needle marks too on her hand.
But police are not ready to confirm it
Hyderabad: The claim by a nine-year-old girl that a psychopath had pricked a needle on her hand sent the police into tizzy on Saturday. Apart from it, there were no needle marks too on her hand.
According to police, Ramya, a student of New Lilly Model School at Nehru Nagar went out to buy a chocolate at noon.On returning from outside, she told the school principal that someone had pricked a needle on her hand. The principal immediately informed the police. The cops swung into action immediately.
A red itchy rash was found on her hand. But the doctors and the police felt that the girl was telling lies and there could not be any attack by the psychopath on her as alleged. Blood sample of the girls were taken for examination. Malkajgiri ACP Ravinder Reddy said further investigation would be undertaken after the report on blood examination came.
