Car hits divider near Kurnool, infant five others from Mahbubnagar killed on spot

A four-month-old kid and two women were among six persons killed when a car in which they were travelling hit a road divider at Mallepalli of Veldurthi mandal in Kurnool district on Monday morning.

According to reports, the accident occurred when they were coming to Mahbubnagar from Kerala. The driver of the car who lost balance over the wheel hit the divider resulting in death of six persons on the spot. All are residents of Mukthal in Mahbubnagar district. Police reached the spot and registered a case.
