Engineering student commits suicide in hostel room
An engineering student committed suicide on Saturday in Jagityal of Karimnagar district. The victim, N Srilaxmi hanged herself from the ceiling fan in her hostel room at around 12 noon today when her roommates went to attend classes.

Once the girls returned, they were shocked to find her hanging and informed the matter to the college management, who alerted the police.
A student of JNTU, Nachupalli college pursuing IT second year, the reason behind her taking this extreme step is yet to be ascertained.
Police are investigating the matter.
