Hyderabad: The Met department bulletin on Monday warned of heavy rain lashing all Telangana districts at isolated places on September 20 and 21, as the upper air cyclonic circulation over the west-central Bay of Bengal off the Andhra coast lies over the west-central & north-west Bay and the adjoining coastal areas of south Odisha and north Andhra.
