N Chandra Naidu: Congress, TRS Copied Loan Waiver SchemeNizamabad: TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu said that the Congress and the TRS ‘copied’ the loan waiver scheme which his party had promised three years ago. He addressed the public in Ranga Reddy, Medak, Nizamabad and Karimnagar districts on Sunday. At Bodhan, Naidu said the TDP government had provided nine-hour power to the farmers. The prices of essential commodities skyrocketed in the Congress regime, he said and added that people were looking towards Modi for a change. He said that he and Modi were ‘development team’, Congress ‘corrupt’ team and TRS ‘collection’ team. The NDA would come to power at the Centre and the TDP in the State, he said.

Naidu said KCR was not in a position to criticise Modi. The TRS chief would not be able to provide electricity properly even for the next 30 years, he ridiculed. Surplus budget and surplus electricity were achieved during the TDP rule, he claimed. Addressing a meeting at Jagtial in Karimnagar district, he said Jagtial would be converted into a district if the TDP was voted to power.

KCR Sought Rs 1,000 cr for Merger: Naidu

Naidu said that KVP disclosed that KCR had sought Rs 1,000 crore for the merger of TRS with the Congress. He alleged that funds were not released for Telangana only because of KCR’s attitude. Later, Naidu, along with Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan, left for campaigning in Maheshwaram constituency in Ranga Reddy district.

Pawan to strive for a new Telangana

At Kandukuru in Maheshwaram constituency where Naidu and Pawan shared the dais, the actor said that he would strive for a new Telangana. He urged the people to remain united even though the State was bifurcated. Telangana would develop only if Modi became Prime Minister, he said. Naidu called upon the youth to contribute their mite to the development of Telangana.
