Prof Naidu is Chancellor of Vignan varsity

Vadlamudi (Guntur district): Prof K Ramamurthy Naidu has taken over as Chancellor of Vignan University here on Thursday. Prof Naidu who started his career as a demonstrator in science lab in 1967 rose to the level of Professor through sheer hard work and dedication. He has 22 years of teaching experience and 18 years experience in research activity. He was also a member of University Grants Commission. He received Ugadi Puraskaram from Delhi Telugu Association in 2006. Speaking after taking over the charge, Prof Naidu said he would try to develop the university as one of the premier institutions in the country using his experience in the field of education and research. Vignan Foundation president Rattaiah said the University was proud of having such an eminent person as its head.
