Meizu MX5 with Helio x10 SoC launched with exciting features

Chinese phones are definitely a way ahead than all other phones when price features and looks are considered. China is out with yet another innovation of theirs – Meizu has announced its latest innovation in smart phones, the MX5 at an event in Beijing on Wednesday.

The new MX5 would be sporting a cool look with a metal build and plastic strips that would be running all around the rear end. The phone would be available in three colors- Champagne, deep gray and silver and based on th capacity the phone would have three variants.

The basic version of the phone would be priced at approx Rs 18,500. This would be 16 GB. 32GB will be priced at approx Rs 20,600 and last but not the least the high end 64GB variant would be around approx Rs 24,700. The phone would consist of a 5.5-inch full HD Super AMOLED display covered by thick Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection for scratches.

It would have an Octa core processor with eight Cortex A53 cores clocked at 2.2GHz. A Power VR G6200 GPU and 3GB of RAM would accompany the phone. There would be no radio disturbances because of the plastic ends though the body is metallic.

The phone would measure 7.9mm thick and weighs only 149 grams. The phone would have a 20.7MP camera on the rear side with dual LED flash unit with a 5MP camera with f/2.0 aperture.
