The utility showcases technology initiatives and the capabilities of the company’s IT Team in conceiving cost effective solutions.

The ‘Drop Folder’ utility provides login credentials to the Department users and Members of the Board. The secretary to the Board schedules different meetings in the system. The concerned department users scan the signed memoranda, prepare PDF files and upload to the utility.
While department users can access this application through bank’s intranet, members of the board can access the application though their digital assistants from anywhere, anytime. Members of the board can record their observations and annotate. Whenever necessary, secretary of the board can reschedule meetings.
