On the behalf of \'Bhagavad Gita Foundation\', famous singer and ex journalist LV Gangadhara Sastry worked for eight years and sung the complete Bhagavad Gita with 700 slokas along with the interpretation in Telugu. On the occasion of completion of this divine project, a short film named \'Making Of Bhagavad Gita\' was launched at Prasad Labs recently. This short film of span 30 minutes shows the work behind the project.

K Viswanth, Brahmanandam, Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao, CBI ex joint director Lakshmi Narayana, Governor ESL Narasimhan, Andhra Pradesh deputy speaker Mandali Buddha Prasad, YV Anuradha, Swami Swaroopanandendra attended the DVD Launch. On the occasion, Governor Narasimhan said, "Everyone should read Bhagavad Gita and we can learn something good everyday reading this holy book.


There is no such thing that is not available in our country. The meditation, yoga etc, which the western country people are following now, originated in our country itself. We should bring out the essence of such books.” He explained the greatness of Bhagavad Gita.


Gangadhara Sastry said that he was very fortunate and blessed to have sung the complete 700 slokas of Bhagavad Gita, though Ghantasala sung 106 slokas. He explained his hardwork of 8 years for the project and announced that he will release the Bhagavad Gita CDs in large number by Ugadi. Swami Swaroopanendendra said that Bhagavad Gita is not only a Hindu religious book, but it is useful for everyone to lead a noble life.
