Here are a few anger management techniques that can actually help you to handle it better.

  • The way you express is what matters. So calm down and start counting from 1-10 and later re-think on how to speak about the issue. You can actually state your point better now.
  • Did it hurt the way your dear ones spoke with you last morning? Okay calm down, tell them in a very calm manner about the way you felt bad. This really works. Try!
  • Exercise can actually help. Therefore, daily exercise can reduce your stress level.
  • Expressing anger can never be a solution. So sit and sort out things than bursting out.
  • Free yourself from the negativity of the past. Instead of holding grudges you can actually find ways for appraisal.
  • One requires positive energy to stay calm. Practice yoga and meditation, they actually help.
  • Not everything is possible all time. Nevertheless, looking on the positive side makes everything possible. So try being positive from the problem and there you get the solution.
  • Instead of expressing anger, try art as a form of expression. Paint, pen down or sketch! Whatever suits you try them and release the emotions.
  • Try hearing from the perspective of others. It reduces unnecessary anger.
  • Look for warning signs to control your anger. Crunching your fist, closing your eyes tight and so on. When you know you are about to burst, follow point one (start counting from 1 to 10).
  • Sometimes it is best to let it go. Instead of trying to winan argument what actually important is controlling your anger.
  • Seek the help of a psychiatrist if you have less control on your anger.
