Pastry chef Srishti Kothiya and marketing expert Abilash of ‘The C World’ have emerged as a richly flavoured team of chocolatiers with innovative mixtures in deep cocoa blends. They started in Bengaluru and now they have brought their brand to Hyderabad.

Speaking to the CityTAB Srishti says, “I started learning chocolate making at the age of 6. My mom inspired me for this. I never thought this could be a business but then people started loving my chocolate flvaours. Abilash churned the business plan and well, here we are.”

Homemade flavours at ‘The C World’ mark their USP with variants like Wine Chocolate, Rum Chocolate, Salted Chocolate, Mint Chocolate, Chilli Chocolate, Mixed Fruit Chocolate, Orange Chocolate, homemade Ferrero Rocher and Oreo dips with ingredients brought from MP and Bengaluru.

Speaking on her love for the art, Srishti says, “Making chocolate is a pleasure to me. I never feel tried when I am doing it; it’s kind of relaxation exercise for me. And, yes I can make 50-60 chocolates in an hour.”

For Diwali they are planning to prepare laddo chocolate, kalakand chocolate, kajukatti chocolate, choco rum and chocolate rock. “We use best quality of cocoa powder in our chocolate and it’s very important to maintain sweetness, with that we use best quality of dry fruits and seeds,” says Srishti.

When asked on her favourite flavour, Srishti says, “I like chocolate with filling like Nutella, Ganache and hazelnut but amongst kids Oreo dips are quite famous and it’s one of my favourites, too.”

For the upcoming festive season, they are introducing cakes, pastries, cupcakes and tarts into the brand in early December. They can be reached at 8125605747.
