​Warangal Urban: Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has identified 137 centres for conducting Group-II services examination in Warangal Urban district limits, said Joint Collector S Dayanand.

In a statement here on Thursday, the Collector said about 62,676 candidates were going to appear for the exam on November 11 and 13 at 137 centres. Efforts were being made to make all arrangements for the smooth conduct of the exam.

In connection with the conduct of the exam, the TSPSC member M Rajender held a meeting in Hanamkonda on Wednesday with the supervisors, route officers and concerned department officials to review the arrangements, the Joint Collector said.

The suggestions made by TSPCS member towards the arrangements would be followed duly. Steps like providing first aid boxes, uninterrupted power supply and plying of RTC buses in examination centre routes were being taken up for the convenience of the candidates appearing, Dayanand added.

The exam will be held from 10 am to 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm to 5 pm. The candidates were asked to arrive at the centres at least half an hour before the scheduled time.

The candidates should not carry cell phones, watches or other electronic gadgets and should not wear shoes, while coming to exam hall.

In Warangal Rural districts limits, 35 centres have been identified for the Group II exam. A total of 15,374 people are likely to appear for the exam at these centres.

As many as 26 centres were set up in Narsampet town in the district limits. In Mahabubabad district, the exam would be conducted at 23 centres where 8,360 candidates would appear for the test.
