Taj Krishna is proud to introduce the brand new Seasons Bar. Relaunched as a Gin Bar, Seasons has been completely refurbished to create a new look that is modern yet cozy.

With Gin making a comeback, relaunching Seasons as a Gin Bar was palpable. The team are now using Hand Crafted Ice - utilising and working with global Gin and Aperitif trends; creating bespoke flavoured ice that would then be added to wine glasses with fresh garnishes and a simple premade syrup (also house made) to be topped with tonic or soda as per the guests’ desire.

The brand new cocktails borne out of these trends are Rose and Coriander Ice, Grapefruit and Rosemary Ice; Earl Grey and Fennel seed Ice.

In keeping with the new menu, we added some beautiful new tonic waters like Fever Tree and East India Tonic.

The menu has some delectable canapes and snacks like Smoked salmon rose, Sour cream mousse, tobiko; Red Wine poached pear, Creamed feta, roasted almonds, Tala Gosht phyllo Cigar, Mushroom and Cheddar quiche.

Speaking on the occasion Mohanchandran, Director– Operations TajGVK and General Manager, Taj Krishna, said, “I am really excited to re-launch the Seasons Bar in this avatar.

With the comeback of gin, our team has worked hard to develop some lovely gin-based cocktails and the classic gin drinks with a twist.

In fact, I think the Tanqueray serves will raise the bar on Gin serves in South India.”
