What is a plague?

Plague is a mass of bacteria that grows in between our teeth. It will form while chewing the food and not brushing teeth properly etc. It cannot be prevented easily and it can't remove easily by doing brushing or flossing. Plague can remove only with help of dental doctor. We suggest our viewers try to remove plague on a daily basis, avoid the formation of calculus and maintain a good oral health.

How do I take care of Plague?

  • It is quite simply, Plague can be removed by brushing and flossing every day.
  • Since ages we are learning brush your teeth twice in a day it is good for health. Many of the people will rush in a job and they'll cut short the brushing time. It is a very bad habit because after brush whatever food you intake will get effect inside the body. Dentist recommends to people that try to brush your teeth atleast for 2 minutes.
  • Certain times, people will do overbrushing it hurts the sensitive parts of gums. Over brushing is common people and sometimes it will be too hard on teeth. Make sure not to hurt the gums and have a safe brushing.
  • While toothbrush can help remove the plaque from outer surfaces of the teeth but it is quite hard to remove plaque that is formed between the teeth. Always try to floss the teeth to remove plaque.
  • Cleaning your teeth after having food or any other pieces of stuff.
  • Avoid excess drinking of cool drinks and caffeine.
  • Whenever you eat chocolates or sweets try to brush your teeth after finishing them to maintain your oral health.
