Revenue review meeting for water works

The meeting was attended by P S Suryanarayana, director (revenue), chief general managers and managers. The problems regarding issue of delivery bills, meter status and verification of disconnected connections were brought up.

The Managing Director instructed the GMs(Engg.) to concentrate on improving revenue collection by issuing timely bills, notices including disconnection, Red Notices, Form-I and wherever necessary disconnect the water supply connections and impose penalties, invoke R R Act the managing director said he will inspect the divisions and check these issues.
