Bavithra B from Tamil Nadu was crowned as Miss South India in the 15th edition presented by Manappuram Finance Ltd, an event directed by Ajit Ravi at Camelot Convention Centre, Alleppey.

18 beauties from five south Indian states participated in this event. Reshma RK Nambiar from Calicut and Varna Sampath from Karnataka were the first and second runner up respectively.
Previous year’s winner Meera Mitun crowned the overwhelmed Miss South India 2017 winner. MD and CEO of Manappuram Finance Ltd V P Nanda kumar and Sushama Nandakumar crowned the first and second runners up.
