Providing opportunity to young engineers

As part of its ‘Family Connect Program’, Hyundai R & D Center inducted about 35 fresh engineers at its premises in Hitec City over the weekend. The fresh graduates were selected from colleges like JNTUH, JNTUK, Andhra University, CBIT etc.

"As the family forms an important part of an employee's life & career, we believe that reaching out to the family members helps strengthen the organisation - employee bond," said Es Yoon, Director of the facility.

"The programme exposes the new inductees and their parents to the organisational expectations, values, corporate policies and Hyundai culture, for a better understanding about the company," said AVS Ramesh, AGM of the facility.

“We train and groom these engineers into some of the finest global engineers in automobile R&D. We lay lot of emphasis on work life balance, encourage employees to nurture and hone their extra circular talent and skills,” he said.

One of the newly inducted engineers, Raghavi from Nellore said, “I saw women working here and they are an inspiration for me to work hard and grow.”
