People are facing trouble with server being down at mee seva here from around one week. People who wants to apply for new aadhaar card or who wants to make corrections in their aadhaar cards are roaming around the mee seva for a week. However, they get the same reply from the mee seva staff that server is down and they are asked to come back the next day.
Madhapur: People are facing trouble with server being down at mee seva here from around one week. People who wants to apply for new aadhaar card or who wants to make corrections in their aadhaar cards are roaming around the mee seva for a week. Optimistic people formed a queue in front of this mee seva in hope of the server getting fixed any time. People have been waiting in long queues in sun and hot temperatures irrespect.
When questioned about the poor services, the staff there are asking people to visit the main center that is mee seva at Madhapur. One of the frustrated person who have been visiting this mee seva from a week said that people kept waiting but there was no one who could actually help. They excused the work by saying the server is down.
Frustrated man said, “this is third time I’m coming to mee seva and from first day they have been saying the same thing that internet is not working, or server is down. I come here every day from far, but the service madam said that if it is urgent then you should go to Musheerabad and get it done. And I feel helpless every day.”
Student Ramya said, “I’m here for making the changes in my Aadhar card and my date of year is given wrong and to change it, but they say that it is not our mistake the IT people are not improving the services and we work under them. They say soon it will start working, but what if person need it urgently.”
Web designing student Ranjit said, “My name in the Aadhar card is the same as the names in my school memo and all other government documents. But in the PAN card my surname, first name, and last name are jumbled. And I do not have clarity on it, if they insist on linking the two cards on the website is doing to be a problem. He adds. Who refused to give his surname?”
