Manne visits Melkote Park; hears complaints of locals

Khairatabad: TRS Khairatabad in charge Manne Govardhan Reddy on Monday paid a visit to Venkataswamy Nagar and Melkote Park of Himayatnagar division following complaints over drainage and storm line issues.

Residents of the area were worried about the narrow width of the storm line, which chokes during monsoon causing inconvenience to the residents. They wanted the officials to increase the width of the nala for free flow of water. Residents also reported about the area street lights which need frequent repairs. Manne assured the residents to look into the issues and resolve them soon. Local TRS leaders Sudharshan, Yadagiri, Eeshwar Lal, Yusuf, Shamshuddin, and Akthar were present.
