Madhavaram flays Oppn charges, offers to quit if proved
Local MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao on Thursday condemned the allegations leveled against the Opposition parties in the media during the last two days. Addressing press persons in his camp office here, Rao offered to quit politics if the charge of grabbing 2,000 sq yards by him in Gopalnagar was proved. Also, the legislator said he was ready for any punishment.

Also, the legislator said he was ready for any punishment.
He claimed that some persons were making the allegations unable to face him politically. ‘People will teach them a lesson in the ensuing elections’, the MLA asserted.Rao stated that he had secured crores of funds for developing the constituency in view of the hardships facing the people. ‘I am working with the aim of ensuring welfare of the people who elected me’, he stated.
