GHMC workers urge traders to shun plastic use

Hyderabad: In order to make Hyderabad a plastic-free society, the sanitary workers of GHMC have started educating the traders and vendors about ill effects of plastic.

Sanitary field workers in Rajendranagar circle visited various shops on Sunday and appealed to the traders to avoid single use plastic or polythene to ensure that city attains the plastic-free status in true sense. They convinced many traders to avoid plastic.
